Firstly, thanks for reading this far. You join us at a unique and exciting part of our journey, the beginning.

  • Think Legal Recruitment was set-up in 2016 but don’t be fooled by the date. Our experience and connections are extensive. Our personal experience includes working as a lawyer in firms ranging from international commercial top 50 UK to boutique and high street practices. Additionally we have spent a significant number of enjoyable years in some of the most successful UK legal recruitment businesses. Our pedigree is strong.
  • It is the insight drawn from our background that allows us to truly understand the needs of legal professionals.
  • Think Legal Recruitment was established, not to re-invent legal recruitment but to allow the personal approach to rule over the corporate. We firmly believe that legal recruitment remains driven by individuals and we are committed to building strong and enduring relationships.

We want what you want. To get there we need to know everything (well, almost everything). In turn we will give you an honest and open view on the suitability of any roles or approaches.

Our knowledge of the local market is vital to adding value. We aim to know things that others don’t (and the things they do).

Without discretion and security in what you tell us we can’t achieve openness that flows both ways. Confidentiality is key. Having evolved from practicing law to recruiting for lawyers confidentiality is ingrained in our DNA. We will never send your information anywhere without your express consent.

Paul is a founding Director of Think Legal Recruitment. Paul is a former solicitor of 9 years practice and 6 years in legal recruitment with an extensive network throughout Manchester and the North West.

Joe Gregory
Director
Joe is a founding Director of Think Legal Recruitment and has been recruiting legal professionals since 2007. He’s worked for some of the leading names within the industry and developed a reputation for delivering results with an honest, personable and knowledgeable approach. His focus is on working with lawyers and law firms in Yorkshire and the North East. Outside of work he’s an enthusiastic cyclist and general sports fan.
