Real Estate Litigation Associate - Manchester

There haven't been too many jobs in that arena and there probably haven't been too many like this. Don't get me wrong, I'm, not suggesting this a role at Google HQ with slides and bean bags at your disposal (though I will say that the biscuits in the meeting rooms are first rate).

It is different for a host of reasons and some of them are going to sound like I'm veering into the usual job advert spec but believe me (I had to get at least one Donald Trump quote in) this is actually genuine.

The firm has a strong real estate centrepiece with a majority (but not exclusive) focus in one sector area. You know the sort, institutional property holders, developers and investors - some of the largest real estate deals in the UK. In fairness, that is already underway and there is even a grounding in contentious property matters albeit, with a more sector specific focus.

This is a chance to build property litigation alongside mainstream real estate. What do I mean by build? Well, what you might expect; tapping into existing real estate clients to extract contentious work which is already there aided by a team on the ground in both Manchester and London that have already made huge strides in developing a presence.

So what does that mean - do you need a following? No the work and the client base are there. This firm wants to build on its presence . If you are ambitious and seek . You need to want that or this probably isn't right.

What it won't be is just you out in the trenches trying to build and grow. The support will be there. It will take hard work and effort but the rewards will be there and there IS a clear path for career progression and if you are having a bad day, then you can always sneak one of the biscuits away.

If you are a bright, ambitious and experienced real estate litigation lawyer then we want to talk to you. There is more to say but I may already have bored you to tears. So why not call me, Joe Gregory, to talk this one through.
