The employment team in Birmingham forms part of a national employment practice working in conjunction with their colleagues throughout the firm's nine other UK offices.
The successful employment lawyer joining this team will undertake the highest calibre contentious and non-contentious employment work for clients throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and USA for FTSE listed businesses, Fortune 500 companies, stare-ups and owner-managed businesses across various industries including automotive, industrial engineering and technology, retail, financial services, energy and utilities.
Work will include:
- Tribunal litigation.
- Unfair dismissal.
- Complex discrimination.
- Change management.
- Executive severance.
- Policies and procedures.
- Service agreements.
- Corporate support.
This position is ideally suited to junior employment lawyers between one and three years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
