Employment Solicitor - Liverpool
Our client is a leading national practice and consistently rated for its Employment work.
The employment team is recruiting in Liverpool for a role combining both contentious tribunal work as well as broader non-contentious advisory work. The primary nature of the role is contentious and you will be working in team that handles a significant throughput of tribunal claims.
The work centres around (but not exclusively) discrimination, whistleblowing and complex unfair dismissal claims.
The team provides a strong tribunal and advocacy function and advocacy will represent an aspect of this role so ideally you will have a passion for advocacy.
Given the level of work involved you will be an experienced employment solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE. You will be able to provide clear and strategic advice and have experience of and feel comfortable handling multi day tribunals. Advocacy experience is essential as this will be an integral part of the role.
