An experienced commercial solicitor or legal counsel is required for a 6 month contract at this North West based company which can be based remotely. 

This is a traditional sole in-house counsel role which will involve elements of commercial contracts, data protection, litigation and company secretarial duties. You should have at least 3 years PQE or equivalent. 

Salary range is broad, so it should appeal to a wide variety of commercial solicitors - circa £50,000 to £75,000 dependent on experience.
