As a result of the clients they act for their is plenty of very interesting and niche financial litigation and professional negligence work which requires the advice of a specialist litigator.

This niche team focus predominantly on commercial and IP work acting for a high profile clients often from the world of sports and entertainment. They now seek a specialist litigator to handle the complex litigation work also associated with these clients.

As a result of growth and the ethos of the practice they are very flexible in terms of how they would look to employ the right individual. It could be that you prefer to work elusively from home as a consultant or that you seek a bespoke arrangement which works for you and your family. They are very open minded as long as you are comfortable undertaking high calibre work and operating under pressure for high profile clients.

Ideally you’ll have broad litigation experience while additional specific professional negligence and finance litigation experience is desirable.
