Let's talk about you for a second assuming this ad gets read as a lot of times it seems that roles are all about what firms are looking for.
Sure there has to be a synergy of experience and culture but fundamentally there has to be a reason as to why you might be looking and we are keen to understand why.
Just to put things in context, this is a role arising within a national and established employment team so chances are you might fall into two camps. First, you may be in larger firm/team, maybe with large brand clients on large scale projects - maybe a minnow in the sea, distant from clients and the real action. If so, you might be looking for something a bit more hands on and with scope to be actively involved in client relationships but without compromising on the quality of work.
Or maybe the big firm environment just isn't for you.
Alternatively you may be in a smaller firm looking to take a step up. That could be in quality of work or even just to evolve from Claimant centric work to Respondent focus. You might even just want the brand and experience of working in a larger team in the city centre.

It probably helps to say that for this role the firm is looking at 2-6 PQE but the reality is that there is and would be flexibility at either side.
