As we have grown so too has our practice which now encompasses a significant In House capacity, working with companies across a range of sectors and industries in their search for quality legal and governance talent.

  • Paul Warburton

    Director & Co-Founder

    Paul is a founding Director of Think Legal Recruitment. Paul is a former solicitor of 9 years practice and 12 years in legal recruitment with an extensive network throughout Manchester and the North West. His spare time is taken up doing Crossfit as well as coaching and MC'ing at Crossfit & Fitness events.

  • Joe Gregory

    Director & Co-Founder

    Joe is a founding Director of Think Legal Recruitment and has been recruiting legal professionals since 2007. He’s worked for some of the leading names within the industry and developed a reputation for delivering results with an honest, personable and knowledgeable approach. His focus is on working with lawyers and law firms in Manchester, Liverpool and the North West. Outside of work he’s an enthusiastic cyclist and general sports fan.

  • Lucy Grainger

    Associate Director

    Lucy is an Associate Director at Think Legal Recruitment. She is originally from Leeds and moved to Manchester in 2009 to complete an LLB in Law. Lucy’s career path took her away from Law, spending a couple of years as a recruitment consultant in a different field, eventually moving into legal recruitment in 2015, where she has been ever since. Lucy is known for her relationship building and has developed an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates across the legal market, delivering an honest and knowledgeable approach. She has also worked with many leading firms in the North West. Outside of work Lucy is passionate about nutrition and fitness and is usually found swotting up on the latest knowledge.

  • Gishan Abeyratne

    Associate Director

    Gish is an LLB and LPC graduate of Birmingham City University. After several years in corporate sales and volatility trading, Gish made the move into Legal Recruitment in 2014. He has since built his career and experience in assisting lawyers at all levels with critical and strategic career moves in private practice throughout the Birmingham, Midlands, Bristol and South West legal markets. Gish joined Think Legal Recruitment in June 2019 with an excellent reputation, combining his in-depth market knowledge with his thorough understanding of both candidate and clients alike to deliver the right results. Outside of work, Gish is an accomplished musician and an avid sports fan, particularly Rugby, Football and Formula One.

  • Adam Zdravkovic

    Associate Director

    Adam is an Associate Director at Think Legal Recruitment. He originally qualified with Walker Morris in Leeds and has worked in legal recruitment since 2010. Adam has a good reputation within the in-house legal market across the UK and represents a varied client base on Legal Counsel, Senior Counsel and Head of Legal opportunities. Outside of work Adam enjoys cycling and spending time with his family. He is also a keen cook and co-owns a street food business with his wife.
