Leading  commercial firm in Manchester seeks to expand its burgeoning real estate team with the addition of a real estate lawyer, ideally to focus on development and related finance work in Manchester.

This team has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has an excellent pedigree with the North West market and beyond with an impressive list of clients.

Specifically on the real estate finance side the team has gone from strength to strength in the last year, hence the opportunity for growth at this stage.

You do not have to have previously undertaken real estate finance  work but you should have a clear interest in general commercial real estate and development work and a clear understanding as to the sort of real estate issues that will be important to lender clients.

You will undertaken a broad array of work including real estate finance, development finance and general commercial real estate in order to gain a breadth of experience. You will have a real estate background but a thirst for developing further and be seeking a high reputable and established real estate team in a firm with a collegiate feel.
