In-House Employment Solicitor (Part-Time)
A Merseyside based organisation is seeking a part-time employment solicitor to join its 6 strong in-house legal team. The days and hours of work can be flexed to an extent around the needs of the candidate, and it's likely to be a 3 or 4 day role in practice.
You will ideally have experience of working as an in-house employment lawyer at a large and complex organisation although applications are also invited from those in private practice.
You will have expertise in a wide range of employment law work, inclusive of disputes, HR matters, employment contracts, engaging with trade unions, as well as working on regulatory and compliance matters. You will also have experience of the application of GDPR in an employment law context, and ideally charity sector experience too.
