This highly successful Property Litigation team advises a range of clients and has a really strong presence within the local Manchester market.
As the team continues to see increased demand they are now seeking to bring on board an additional real estate litigation solicitor at 2-10 years PQE.
The role itself will involve working on a broad range of property related issues for occupiers, investors and developers with also plenty of work of the residential side. As well as providing key advice, you will also get to take on responsibility for direct client relationship management which will forge your connections and drive your career forward.
Particular work experience required includes; Service of break notices and advice on their validity and conditionality; dealing with lease renewal/termination notices and proceedings; advice on status of occupation after lease expiry; arrears recovery; obtaining possession of commercial premises; service charge disputes; dilapidations.
In relation to residential tenancies, experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement and mixed use developments is preferred but not essential.
Ideally you will already have experience of dealing with substantive property litigation matters whether as the sole aspect of your practice or as substantive part of a wider litigation caseload.
As a guide you will have around 2-10 years PQE but if you have strong grounding and experience in litigation or real estate then you are encouraged to apply even if you fall outside of this qualification level.
