Commercial & Projects Solicitor NQ+

Whilst the most recent NQ season has been significantly impacted and none more so than within commercial and corporate, there remain positive signs of life.

We are instructed on a new and varied role to work alongside a leading name in the area of projects and energy so a keen interest in being involved on a range of energy projects is important (whether wind, solar, oil or gas).

The additional advantage of this role is that it also straddles the firm's general commercial team so there is huge scope to develop key baseline commercial skills whilst also having access to some exceptionally complicated and interesting sector specific work. A role that sets fantastic foundations for a later move in house.

If you are an existing commercial contracts lawyer with a keen interest in projects and energy then from anywhere from NQ to 2 years this is a very unique proposition.

Alternatively if you are a recently qualified NQ or have qualification looming then this would equally provide a fantastic home. In the case of those at NQ it is a requirement that you will have had a very clear commercial contracts seat (with exposure to a broad range of commercial contracts). Additional projects or energy experience is obviously a huge advantage but this element is not required.

If you are a junior lawyer with direct experience of commercial contracts then send your cv to

The Commercial and Projects team is busy and so there is a real appetite to recruit and they are keen to review CVs and begin the recruitment process as soon as possible so for those that might be interested there is a limited window in which to do so.
