Corporate NQ Solicitor
Corporate NQ Solicitor - leading boutique
Another corporate role I hear you cry! Yes, indeed but a fantastic opportunity for a trainee coming up to qualification - why is this different to everything else?
The truth is the differences aren't so subtle. At its heart its major difference stems from the culture. The firm sets itself apart from most firms truly acting as a corporate and commercial boutique but still with the critical mass to attract good quality work. On inception it held true to its entrepreneurial values and even now, as an established practice, continues to resonate with a buzz of commercial and entrepreneurial flare.
Whilst the firm itself has a good critical mass and a great corporate profile both locally and nationally it still retains a collegiate approach to things - a real team dynamic.
It is still a corporate role with a principal emphasis on mainstream M&A into the low to mid-cap and market. Their work encapsulates any number of sectors but also includes a number of international aspects.
What they do is reward performance and effort - the firm and corporate team has a track record of progressing their people up the career ladder without pinning that requirement on PQE but rather the ability and aptitude to take on responsibility.
Personality is a key component as that culture fit remains a top priority - of course, you will need to have gained at least 6 months experience within a corporate seat and be able to demonstrate experience in the fundamentals.
If you are a trainee approaching qualification or one who has recently qualified but given recent events were not able to secure a corporate role then we are interested in speaking with you.
