Commercial Associate - Manchester

This well known popular national firm has an excellent profile and culture in the Manchester office.  They have a new role for a Commercial Associate to join the national team.  This is a welcoming, collegiate firm where you will get quality work within an environment that truly values a work/life balance.

The commercial team at this well known national firm provide support for a wide range of clients across sectors including retail, tech, manufacturing and insurance.  Clients range from small and medium sized enterprises, to large national PLC's, providing an excellent breath of work.  The specialist lawyers offer expertise on commercial contracts issues, as well as more specialist IP, IT and data protection work.  You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work, including drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of trading, agency and distribution arrangements, manufacturing and logistics agreements, IP protection and more.

This is a highly successful and ambitious group within the firm, that can offer excellent work to a new joiner.  As well as a solid grounding in commercial contracts work, excellent client service and an eagerness to develop close working relationships with clients is key - you will have the freedom to work closely with clients and build individual relationships from day one.
