We are working with a well known regional commercial firm in Manchester city centre.  The firm is in growth, and the management team are investing significantly in commercial areas.  With an excellent brand and quality commercial contracts work, this is an excellent platform for a Senior Associate to develop their career.

This is a high profile regional firm with a well known brand in the Manchester market.  The commercial work spans to general commercial and IP work, including in particular in the fashion and retail sectors. Due to work levels and a gap at an experienced level, there is an opportunity for a commercial contracts lawyer ideally at Senior Associate level, to come in and manage exceptional quality commercial work already available.  A degree of self-sufficiency is needed as this is a small team, but with a well known Partner above you and sufficient junior resource below, you will have support and collaboration.

As the go-to for the Partner and Head of Department, you should have a breadth of experience and confidence in working on a broad range of agreements. If you are a confident Senior Associate looking to make your mark and step up,  there is an excellent opportunity with quick progression prospects.
