Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside an international Top 50 law firm in Leeds who are looking to hire an NQ Solicitor into their well thought of commercial litigation team.

This is a perfect opportunity for a junior level solicitor or soon to be NQ to join a firm well known for it's balance of great work, great training, and great work/life balance - 3 things that don't always go hand in hand at large practices.

The ideal candidate will be an NQ level solicitor who has undertaken a seat or had strong exposure to commercial litigation during their period of recognised training. You will have worked at either a recognised large law firm or strong regional or boutique practice.

The work here is incredibly diverse spanning multiple sectors including cross border work, from healthcare and retail, to sports and transport and logistics.

Day to day you will be advising clients on commercial disputes from multi-million pound breach of contract claims, asset recovery, professional negligence, shareholder and partner disputes, and other matters.

For junior lawyers the firm is an excellent place to develop your career and practice. Partners are accessible and keen to develop juniors, there are clear career progression pathways with on the ground evidence of lawyers being promoted from within and reaching the partnership here.
