Construction Litigation Associate – Manchester
Are you an experienced construction litigation lawyer looking for the next step in your career? We have the privilege to be working with a nationally recognised construction litigation team offering exceptional quality work and progression prospects.
As an Associate in the Manchester office, you will work closely with the national head of construction and other senior member of the team on high profile construction litigation work. This highly recognised team provides expect advice on complex construction litigation cases, working for a huge breadth of clients including major developers, national housebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, universities, and football clubs.
The work spans both local and international work, including managing litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings. Utilising alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, conciliation, and expert determination are also key to the team, offering an extensive range of alternative dispute resolution. This team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 for construction work nationally, and prides itself on supporting members of the team to ensure fast development.
They are looking for ideally 2-6 years’ PQE with a strong background in contentious construction matters. You should have a commercial mind and be able to collaborate well with senior colleagues, and eager to build strong working relationships with clients. If you are ambitious and eager to work on high profile cases, this firm has an excellent culture and strong track record of fast tracking promotions within the team.
