Contentious Construction - 3+ PQE - Manchester

We are working on a new opportunity for a contentious construction lawyer at Associate/Senior Associate level to join a popular national firm, based in the Manchester office.

The construction team at this well known national firm has an excellent reputation.  They handle both contentious and non-contentious construction projects work, acting for contractors, sub-contractors, developers, occupiers, consultants and funders on high level matters.  The contentious team have significant expertise advising clients on disputed issues - they act in adjudication, Technology and Construction Court actions, arbitration and mediation.    

The Manchester team are looking now for a candidate with a solid background in contentious construction (or a mix of work, but looking to focus on contentious matters) to join the team.  You will working in a cohesive team and will typically be advising on a mix of construction disputes whether they be in adjudication, arbitration, mediation or court proceedings. Work is of a high level and can offer complex construction disputes to anyone looking to progress their career.
