Contentious Probate Solicitor

Think Legal are working with a well-known Yorkshire law firm who are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join their expanding new team.

The firm are recognised as having strong litigation and private client teams and opened a specific contentious probate department in 2023.

It is headed by a leading lawyer in the field and she is assisted by a junior lawyer.

There is a gap in the team for a Solicitor around 3-5 years' PQE to come in at this exciting time.The team is really busy and looking for a talent lawyer to join them.

The ideal candidate will have experienced of carrying a full caseload of contentious probate matters, however the firm are open minded and would consider litigation lawyers who have had exposure to contentious probate as part of a broader caseload.

This is a great opportunity as a mid level PQE lawyer to come into a team and really make your mark and have an opportunity to progress up to senior positions in the mid-longer term.

There is hybrid work here and a good culture, the firm has experienced record turnover this year and goes from strength to strength.
