Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner

Think Legal are working alongside a regional North East law firm who are looking to add a Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to their residential property team in the Teesside area.

The team is expanding and they are looking for an experienced conveyancer who is able to hit the ground running dealing with a full caseload of sale and purchase matters.

They have support staff who deal with the new business and opening of file and post-completion work so the only work the fee earners do is the transactional fee earning in the middle.

The right candidate will have experience of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds, right to buy etc, and be able to title check.

The work flow here comes in from referrals and directly sourced work.

Your career is always progressing here at the firm. They have an onsite trainer who runs fortnightly training sessions so you are always up to date on any changes in the law or conveyancing market in general.

The firm has an excellent bonus scheme where you can earn up to £300 extra per month by hitting your completion targets, or £150 per month if you are at 75% of your target. Pay is reviewed frequently.

Salary is open to negotiation depending on experience + benefits
