Corporate Associate 

We are recruiting a Corporate Associate role for a well known regional commercial practice in Manchester City Centre.

This firm has a sharp focus on commercial clients and has an excellent reputation for servicing the needs of a range of businesses from big to small. Their clients range from local SME's to PLC and household name clients - managing both M&A and Private Equity transactions.  Deal value is high and the quality of work excellent.

The firm is looking now for a Corporate Associate.  The team is well structured but eager for a strong technical lawyer to sit in between existing Partners and juniors. Ideally someone with around 2-5 years' PQE, with the confidence to play a key role in deals and develop direct relationships with clients.

The firm can offer a good level of responsibility and deal exposure, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the Partners.  Long term prospects and progression opportunity is also excellent.
