Corporate Solicitor - Regional Firm

We are delighted to be assisting a well known regional firm, based in Manchester city centre.  The team is busy and can offer excellent quality corporate M&A work to someone ambitious looking for high level deals and responsibility from day one.

This well known solid regional firm has longevity in the North West, and an excellent client base.  Clients both in the local market and nationally provide excellent quality work and transactions of a high level of complexity and deal value.  The corporate team focus mainly on M&A, working with clients across a range of sectors, including retail, sport and leisure.

The corporate team are continuing to do extremely well and looking now for an additional solicitor to join.  The team is well structured but eager for a an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to roll their sleeves up and take responsibility. Ideally someone with around 1-3 years' PQE, who has corporate experience but is looking to build on it and progress their career.  The team are keen for someone who will be client facing and take responsibility, but equally will offer excellent support and mentoring to develop your experience and confidence.

The firm can offer a great deal exposure, as well as the opportunity to work closely with loyal clients.  Long term prospects and progression opportunity is also excellent.  There is an excellent culture in the firm and it is extremely proud of the balance it manages to achieve between handling big ticket corporate work and retaining a healthy work/life balance.
