We’re working with a friendly and well-regarded boutique practice in Leeds city centre that's looking to welcome an Employment Paralegal into their close-knit team.

This is a genuinely rare entry-level opportunity—perfect for a switched-on graduate with a strong academic background, plenty of initiative, and a real enthusiasm for employment law.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Opening new client files and carrying out ID checks

• Keeping on top of client file management – from opening to closing

• Creating and updating bundles and indexes

• Uploading documents to the tribunal system

• Diarising tribunal directions and key dates

• Paginating bundles, indexes and witness statements

• Preparing documents (e.g. settlement agreements) for e-signature

• Helping with training sessions and materials

• Printing and posting tribunal bundles

• Taking notes at grievance/investigation hearings

You don’t need prior paralegal experience—just the right attitude, solid academics, and a genuine interest in employment law. Ideally you will have some links and live within a short commute to Leeds.
