Think legal recruitment are working alongside a national law firm in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Employment lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will likely be 5 years'+ qualified.

The client base here is superb and wide ranging with the team acting for global organisations and FTSE 100 listed PLC's across multiple sectors including food, logistics, healthcare, retail and insurance. 

This is a mixed role dealing with both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law. One day you may be dealing with complex discrimination matters, beaches of contract or whistleblowing claims and the next you might be assisting on advisory matters such as restructures including redundancy and TUPE transfers. 

As well as being around that 5 year PQE mark the right candidate will ideally have experience of working with large respondent side clients and on working on tribunal and contentious matters.

The firm is well-known for it's culture. There is genuine flexibility here around work, people are treated as grown ups and there isn't a culture of presenteeism. The Partner's here are supportive and transparent - they like to get actively involved, lead from the front and have juniors interests at heart.

Salary is competitive based on experience + benefits.
