Employment Solicitor – NQ to 2 PQE
We have an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to join a leading national commercial law firm, with an exceptionally strong presence in the North West.
The firm are looking for an employment solicitor to be a part of their Manchester city centre offering, working closely with Legal 500 recognised employment partners.
The role will involve providing support to and assisting partners/senior solicitors on a mix of both respondent and high level claimant employment matters, whilst also being given the opportunity to run a caseload independently (with supervision available).
Matters will include discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary procedures and employment contracts and work will involve drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, procedures as well as involvement in tribunals and mediations and negotiating settlement agreements.
