Experienced Conveyancer

Think Legal recruitment are assisting a friendly high street firm in Tyneside who are looking to grow their small but busy conveyancing department with an experienced conveyancer.

The ideal candidate will have circa 2-5 years experience of running a full caseload of sale and purchase matters matters from inception to completion.

Day to day you will be handling a full caseload including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, remortgage, shared ownership, help to buy, transfer of equity etc. You should be able to title check and deal with the technical issues involved with the process.

This is an expansion role due to increased instructions coming into the team that currently consists of a Solicitor, two support staff, and a post completions manager.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to move out of a volume conveyancing firm and who wants to go into a more traditional practice where the focus is more on doing a good quality job for repeat clients.

Salary will be up to £35k depending on experience + benefits.
