Experienced Conveyancer - Salary to £50k

Huddersfield 

Think Legal are working alongside a strong multi-service law firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team.

This is an office based role dealing with a caseload of sale and purchase residential files.

The conveyancers here only deal with the actual transaction whilst other admin jobs such as file opening and post completion work is done by separate teams. You will be working alongside 2 -3 others in your team.

Day to day you will carry a full caseload dealing with freehold and leasehold properties and dealing with right/help to buy, transfers of equity, title checking, new builds etc.

The firm has an extensive property team and deal with word of mouth and repeat business as well as panel based work.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years experience of carrying their own caseload and should be comfortable with aspects of residential transactions.

Working at the firm is a positive experience, there is a great culture, plenty of chances to progress internally and not hit any glass ceilings.

This role is ideally to work out of the firm's Huddersfield office, although other West Yorkshire offices would be considered.

The firm is open on salary for the right candidate and dependent on experience but is likely to be circa £35k-£50k.
