Conveyancing Fee Earner

Castleford/Pontefract Area

Think Legal Recruitment are currently working with a friendly high street/small regional practice who are growing their conveyancing team and are on the lookout for one or possibly two experienced conveyancers to join them in the Castleford/Pontefract area.

The work is a full caseload of residential property transactions primary dealing with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties. The role is ideally suited to a conveyancer with at least 2 years running their own caseload of matters from start to finish with support.

The conveyancing team is really friendly and the Director in this office is very personable and good to work alongside.

The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent years in West Yorkshire. The conveyancing team is incredibly busy but this is not a volume 'conveyancing factory' environment - the focus is on doing a good job for the client and providing excellent service. 

There is a low turnover of staff here which sometimes cannot be said of other conveyancing departments.

Salary is competitive for the conveyancing market and the region depending on level of experience + great benefits.
