Experienced Private Client Lawyer

Think Legal are working with a Yorkshire regional practice who are looking for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join their expanding team.

The firm has several offices across West Yorkshire but the bulk of the private client team is based in central Leeds.

Headed up by an approachable female Partner the team has 16 fee earners and assistants + secretarial support. Overall the firm is led by a highly regarded and progressive Managing Partner. 

The ideal candidate will ideally have over 10 years' experienced of dealing with a varied private client caseload including wills, LPA's, Probate and Tax and Trust work.

You should be able to carry your own caseload from the get go and assist with supervising and bringing through junior lawyers. There is the opportunity here to progress over time with the firm always looking to appoint senior positions wherever possible from within rather than through external hires.

The client base is broad with word of mouth referrals, repeat clients, and some HNW individuals and families. 

There is hybrid work (2/3 split after probation) and the firm are progressive around looking after staff with a new wellbeing programme in place with all staff getting (paid for) 2 hours wellness sessions a week. This can be whatever you choose it - a walk, gym, meditation, etc. 

Salary will be circa £55k depending on level of experience + benefits.
