- Clear Succession Plan: Step into an existing book of quality work with trusted clients and active transactions, guided by a smooth handover from the current partner.
- Quality Work: £1–20m+ transactions, often cross-border. You’ll advise sellers on meaty, interesting work — not just paper-pushing.
- Autonomy & Impact: Join a lean, agile team without red tape or internal politics. Be seen, heard, and trusted to lead.
- Flexibility in Fit: You might be mid–senior level and ready to lead — or a strong aspiring solicitor in a large firm with nowhere to grow. If you’re craving progression, purpose, or a move out of the big firm machine, this could be it.
- Hybrid & Multi-Office: Harrogate HQ with space in Leeds and York. Work where it works best.
