Planning Associate

Think Legal are assisting a national firm with an additional hire into the planning team in Manchester.  This is a team in growth and can offer an excellent opportunity to gain quality work for clients across a range of sectors.

This well known firm has a new role within their Manchester office.  The national team has an exceptional profile in planning work, handling contentious and non contentious matters for clients across a broad range of sectors.  Work is a wide spread, including highways matters, judicial review, s.106 agreements, compulsory purchase work and infrastructure agreements.  With recent growth across the team, there is a particular focus now an additional hire into Manchester.  

You will be a planning lawyer already and have the aptitude and desire to work on excellent planning mandates.  You will work on high quality, complex stimulating work with high profile clients.  There is also ample opportunity to get involved in business development activities as part of the wider team.
