Planning NQ-2 PQE, National Firm

This firm has a tier 1 planning team, offering some of the largest and high profile projects in the UK. They are looking now for an associate in the Manchester office and eager to look at candidates at the NQ-2 PQE level.

A vacancy has arisen at a firm with a high profile name and capability for handling some of the highest level planning work around.  As a junior associate, you will support partners and more senior associates on a broad spectrum of work, including advising on major planning developments, including planning appeals and judicial reviews. The team acts for some of the largest investors, developers, occupiers and land owners, providing an opportunity to work on projects across a vast array of sectors, including housing, retail and logistics.  

The team are keen now to hire an ambitious, hungry associate, eager to learn and develop.  You will ideally have experience in planning work, or relevant experience such as real estate or energy, and a desire to move into this area.  You will work with a small team in Manchester, but also colleagues across offices and internationally.  You will find the work challenging and hugely varied, offering a diverse mix of work and good degree of responsibility.
