Property Litigation Solicitor

Think Legal are working with a leading Newcastle practice who are looking for a property litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team.

The firm are a leading presence in the North East and do high end, high quality work in the region and nationally.

The team is going through a period of growth and as such they are looking for a Solicitor around 2-5 years' PQE to join them.

The ideal candidate will come from working in a property litigation team but the firm would look at those commercial litigators with property litigation experience who are looking to specialise in this growing area.

The type of work you can expect to work on here includes trespass issues, forfeiture, rent reviews, dilapidations, ground rent and service charge recovery, ASB possessions, 1954 Act lease renewals and more. 

The firm is known for having a market-leading culture that sets them apart from other firms in this space.

The work they do is enviable, with fantastic clients, and this is coupled with a really friendly and open culture where staff wellbeing is incredibly important.

They are serial winners of various ‘best place to work’ awards regionally and nationally.

There is hybrid working scheme here where you can work 2-3 days remotely and the firm did 'true' flexible working long before covid and the pandemic changed the landscape on these things.

Salary is highly competitive in the Newcastle region from circa £48k-£55k depending on level of experience.
