Property Paralegal – Manchester City Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for a property paralegal to join a leading North West law firm in their real estate finance and lending team.  

The role will involve working alongside partners and solicitors in the team, assisting on transactions for clients which include both lenders and financial businesses. The team are keen for this paralegal to take an active role within the department and responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out due diligence on property finance transactions.
• Overseeing security registrations/removals and dealing with day to day enquiries for clients.  
• Reviewing and drafting documents including charge registrations, title documents and reports on title.
• Preparing and submitting HM Land Registry applications.
• Often being the first point of contact for clients.

Prior experience working within real estate law will be beneficial for this role, although not essential. An interest in this sector and a willingness to learn is essential.
