Real Estate Litigation Solicitor – Manchester

We have an exciting opportunity for a real estate litigation solicitor to join the Manchester office of a leading national law firm.

There are clear career progression opportunities within this team/firm, an impressive client base and plenty of exciting work to be involved with/take the lead on, brilliant support and mentoring from experienced real estate litigation solicitors and excellent flexible home and office based working opportunities.

The work is high quality and will involve a broad range of real estate litigation matters to include:

• Landlord & Tenant Disputes (including Section 54, rents, forfeiture dilapidations).
• Acting for developers and housebuilders (wording of transfers, right of way, easements).
• Agricultural real estate litigation disputes.
• Real estate support work on leases etc.

The team are ideally looking for a 5+ PQE solicitor to join this real estate litigation team, however they have lots of exciting upcoming projects and scope for further team expansion and so real estate litigation solicitors of all levels, who are interested in considering a new role, are encouraged to apply or to enquire with Lucy Grainger for further information.
