A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (Newly Qualified – 3 years PQE) to join its expanding Sheffield office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to be part of a prestigious real estate team with an impressive national footprint.
About the Team
The real estate division is award-winning and ranked among the UK’s leading practices, with over 150 lawyers operating from 13 offices. The Sheffield team works across a diverse range of matters including:

  • Commercial and residential development
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Property finance and regeneration projects
  • Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Fund management
You will be joining a supportive and experienced group, led by a well-respected partner known for handling complex, high-value real estate projects.
The Role
This is a growth hire, with the team keen to bring in an enthusiastic, adaptable solicitor. The scope of work and level of responsibility will be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate.
Ideal Candidate
  • UK-qualified solicitor with 0–3 years PQE in commercial property
  • Strong commercial acumen and sector insight
  • Solid financial and matter management skills
  • Client-focused, proactive, and personable
  • Able to uphold professional standards and regulatory competencies
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with CMS and modern legal IT systems
