Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Leeds
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of property matters for a portfolio of key clients.
About the Role:
You will be involved in a variety of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. You’ll support senior fee earners while developing your own skills in a supportive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a commercial property real estate legal team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A genuine interest in commercial property law and a desire to grow in this area
• A proactive and client-focused mindset
