This leading national law firm is seeking to build on significant growth in recent years in  Manchester with the addition of a new Real Estate Partner for its Manchester office.

This leading full service practice, has a strong reputation throughout the UK and its success has been augmented by continued growth across a number of practice areas in recent years. The firm is particularly focused on continuing to grow its Manchester offering in a number of key commercial areas including real estate.

Can you tell me about the real estate team?

The real estate team has a strong national profile with a bluechip client list in a range of sectors and boasts a number of high quality lawyers with specialist knowledge and strong reputations. In Manchester, the team is seeking to grow as it looks to build its footprint alongside established teams in other legal disciplines. Its recently recruited at a senior level and is known for its high quality work as well as its collegiate approach.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is a Partner or seeking to take the step up to Partner level to spearhead the growth of real estate for the firm in Manchester. They will be supported by a leadership team with a strong vision and solid plan for growth in Manchester over the medium term and an excellent base of clients and opportunities from which the successful recruit can build.

This is very much a role from which it is envisioned, the right individual would go onto lead the Manchester team.
