Collegiate and progressive regional law firm in Liverpool seeks to expand its burgeoning real estate team with the addition of a real estate lawyer, ideally to focus general real estate  work at 1-5 years PQE level in the centre of Liverpool.

This firm's Liverpool office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has an excellent pedigree in the North with an impressive list of clients.

Specifically on the real estate side, they have two leading lawyers with strong reputations for developing people technically in a collegiate team which combines a relaxed culture with a high quality working environment. They have recently recruited a leading individual with international firm pedigree, a proven track recording of developing lawyers they supervise while also winning work from clients. 

At 1-5 years PQE, you do not have to have previously undertaken any specific type of real estate work, but you should have be able to demonstrate clear interest in general commercial real estate work and a clear understanding as to the sort of real estate issues that will be important to the client base of a commercial firm in Liverpool. You will have a thirst for developing further and be seeking a highly reputable and established real estate team in a firm with a collegiate feel. Attitude is key!

This is the chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing team and be heavily involved growing a client base and business development as well as excellent work. 

You will undertake a broad array of work including real estate investment, asset management and general commercial real estate in order to gain a breadth of experience. You will gain experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, managing deadlines and handling clients' expectations.
