Real Estate Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 5-year PQE Solicitor to join a leading regional firm’s busy and growing Real Estate team, based in York.
This is a unique role offering exposure to both commercial and agricultural property work, with access to high-quality matters ranging from straightforward transactions to large-scale developments and renewable energy projects.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial freehold properties and farms
• Landlord and tenant work (commercial and agricultural)
• Finance, remortgages, easements, and telecoms leases
• Supporting larger development and renewable energy projects
• Building client relationships and contributing to business development

• NQ–5 years' post-qualification experience in real estate
• Experience in either commercial or agricultural property (both ideal, not essential)
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong communication, organisational and team-working skills
• An interest in contributing to a growing and collaborative team
