Tell me about the team and firm?

This leading legal 500 recommended firm has an excellent real estate operation in Manchester and across the UK and is a leading international outfit. The team work on a range of mandates including work for major corporates as well as development and investment work.

Why is there a role?

Due to volume of work this team is looking to grow with a junior to mid level appointment in its burgeoning Manchester office, which already has a substantial, close knit team - though they are open to recruiting across their network of offices for the right person. You'll have a broad range of real estate experience, ideally including landlord and tenant. You'll be familiar leases and be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
