Real Estate Solicitor - Development/Strategic Land

Think Legal are working with a commercial law firm who are looking to add an experienced real estate solicitor to its' growing team in Sheffield city centre.

The firm are at the forefront for real estate work and this presents as a fantastic career opportunity for those solicitor's with solid experience of either residential development or general commercial development/strategic land to join a market leader in this space. Ideally the firm are looking at those 5 years' + PQE

The right candidate will be able to come in and hit the ground running.

This is an expansion role and due to the team continually winning work and being busy.

The team in Sheffield across real estate is 11 in total, including support staff and led by a highly approachable and respected Partner.

The work in this role will predominantly be development focused with the firm acting for the nations largest housebuilders, smaller up and coming regional housebuilder clients as well as large household businesses across other commercial development. 

Known over the years for having a great culture the firms offers hybrid working, flexibility, one of the lowest chargeable hours targets for a firm of their size, with a focus on understanding that lawyers want to be able to enjoy a life outside of the office.

Although the role is Sheffield based the firm would look at those wanting a split between their Sheffield and Leeds offices.

Salary is highly competitive in the South Yorkshire market + great benefits.
