The Role: Our client is seeking a talented Banking and Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a generalist background in banking and finance, with particular expertise in general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions within English and/or Northern Irish law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on various financing transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.

• Qualified solicitor with experience in a commercial law firm in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, or Ireland.
