Commercial Solicitor – Award-Winning Full-Service Law Firm

We're partnering with a well-established, award-winning full-service law firm to find a Commercial Solicitor to join their growing Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work closely with the Head of Department, helping to shape the team's direction as it continues to grow.

The Role

You'll advise a diverse client base — from owner-managed businesses and SMEs through to larger corporates — on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Supply, distribution, agency and service contracts
• Commercial support on corporate transactions
• B2B arrangements and risk management
• Terms and conditions, trading arrangements and commercial policies
• Technology agreements, including SaaS, PaaS, Cloud Services and software/application development
• Data protection, data transfers and data compliance

You'll also build lasting client relationships through practical, commercially-minded advice, and take an active role in business development and networking as the team continues to expand.

About You

• Solid experience in commercial law, IT/Tech, and non-contentious IP
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload with pragmatic, commercial judgement
• Confident, personable, and client-focused communicator
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and commercially astute
• A genuine team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
