Are you a Commercial Contracts Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE, looking to join a Legal 500 ranked firm with a genuine career progression pathway?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, down-to-earth team of 6, including 2 partners, 3 solicitors, and a trainee. The team works with an exciting and varied client base, including regional, national, and international clients, with a strong focus on industries such as Tech, IT, and Retail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including tech, IT, and retail agreements.
• Advising clients on a variety of commercial legal matters, building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
• Taking an active role in business development and supporting the growth of the team.
• Gaining exposure to high-profile work while being part of a close-knit team.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in commercial contracts or a related area.
• Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach with a desire to grow and progress within a supportive team.
• Strong communication skills and a practical mindset.
