Commercial Counsel - Senior level post - IT 

This is a chance to join a friendly in-house legal team in the IT sector in Manchester. They are seeking a skilled commercial lawyer, ideally with 5 years+ PQE to contribute to their growth in the IT sector. 

As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you'll:

• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.

• Provide strategic legal advice to support our business objectives.

To qualify, you should have:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial law, ideally working in-house already and with a tech focus to your work

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
