A leading East Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property fee earner to join their established Hull office.

The Role:

-Running your own varied caseload of residential property matter from start to finish
-Managing routine and complex transactions efficiently
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships
-Contributing to business development and growth of the department

The Candidate:

-Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Exec, or experienced Fee Earner
-Proven fee earning experience in residential conveyancing
-Strong technical knowledge and organisational skills
-Excellent client care and communication abilities
-Willingness to engage in networking and business development
