Corporate Solicitor – 2 to 8 Years PQE

Leeds | Associate to Senior Associate/Principal Associate Level

A leading international law firm is looking to strengthen its highly-regarded Corporate team in Leeds, and is seeking talented Corporate Solicitors with 2 to 8 years' PQE to join at Associate through to Senior Associate/Principal Associate level.

About the Team

This is one of the region's most respected corporate practices, recognised for handling high-value, complex transactions for a broad client base spanning private companies, PLCs and private equity houses. The team has particular sector strength in food and drink, retail, industrials and financial services, and regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional mandates alongside offices across the UK and internationally.

The practice covers the full spectrum of corporate work, including:

• M&A (buy-side and sell-side)
• Private equity transactions
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Joint ventures and fund-raisings
• Public and private company advisory work

The Opportunity

You'll work directly alongside experienced partners on complex, high-calibre deals, with genuine exposure to significant transactions from an early stage. The team offers a collaborative, supportive environment with a strong track record of developing lawyers through to partnership.

What We're Looking For

• 2–8 years' PQE gained in corporate/M&A within a reputable practice
• Strong technical grounding in transactional corporate work
• Excellent client relationship skills and commercial awareness
• Ambition to develop within a team handling nationally and internationally significant matters
