Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a driven and ambitious
corporate lawyer to join its thriving corporate team in Manchester. This is an exciting time to join the firm, with deal activity at record levels and long-term growth plans in place.

The role will involve high level transactional work, and involve:

• Handling a broad range of high-value M&A and Private Equity transactions

• Working closely with partners and clients across a diverse range of sectors

• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management as part of the team

Ideal candidate requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or candidate approaching qualification with a seat in corporate work of a similar nature

• Strong experience in M&A and/or Private Equity transactions

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client engagement and business development

• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to work closely with colleagues on a range of deals
