A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Corporate Partner to play a key role in the continued growth of its Business Services offering in Leeds.
This is a strategic hire, backed by board-level investment, and forms part of a wider programme of partner recruitment across Corporate and complementary commercial disciplines.

We are looking to speak with an established Corporate Partner who:
- Is well connected within the Leeds and wider Yorkshire market
- Has a strong reputation in M&A, corporate advisory and transactional work
- Is ambitious and growth-focused
- Wants to leverage a strong national platform to scale their practice regionally and nationally
The firm operates a member model only (no salaried partners). Successful candidates will join as either:
- Fixed Share Member, or
- Full Equity Member
There may be flexibility to consider individuals with c. £500,000, provided there is a clear and credible plan to grow to (and beyond) the higher figure within a reasonable timeframe.
- Strong national brand and cross-referral network
- Established complementary teams including Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Commercial Litigation and Regulatory
- Clear growth strategy with recent lateral partner investment
- Infrastructure and operational support to enable partners to focus on growth
A competitive and regularly reviewed package including:
- Fully expensed company car (or £6,600 p.a. cash alternative)
- Parking provision (or £800 p.a. cash alternative)
- Fuel card (or £500 p.a. cash alternative)
